In particular, the general terms and conditions are included with regard to the “Te vagy a jel” (“You are the Sign”) web-based educational application, the “Muti meg!” (“Show Me!”) products (cards, posters), the Fine Motor Skills Measuring with Hand Shapes and the Hand Recreation Service, as well as Consultancy.
Please read the “GTC” document carefully and only use our services and purchase our products if you fully agree with all of its provisions and consider yourself bound by it. Therefore, if you use the “Te vagy a jel” (“You are the Sign”) web-based educational application, or the “Muti meg!” (“Show Me!”) products (cards, posters), the cards for Fine Motor Skills Measuring with hand shapes, or the Hand Recreation Service, or just browse the website, you accept the terms and conditions included in the “GTC” in all cases.
The “GTC” are not filed, are concluded only and exclusively in electronic form, and accordingly do not constitute a written contract.

The knowledge of handwritten communication (copyrighted under Patent Office identification numbers 009933, 011020, 010816, 009935, 008117 for the method, as well as the products and services, and the “Te vagy a jel” ‘You are the Sign’ brand name and logo are registered trademarks) can be acquired through the “Te vagy a jel” web tutorial application and the “Muti meg!” (“Show Me!”) cards and posters, measuring fine motor skills with hand shapes, and by completing exercises from hand recreation assessments and counseling sessions, details of which are available at www.tevagyajel.hu/vasarlas.

There are 3 subscription packages to choose from:
The Package “Most mutasd meg!” (“Show me now!”) – the subscriber fills in the registration details and gets access to 12 cultural treasures and related Pass-Word-Treasures.
The Package for individuals “Légy jeles!” (“Be Excellent!”) is offered for a monthly fee of HUF 3.690,- (the half-year package offers 1 month subscription for free, and the annual package offers 2 months free of charges), the subscriber has access to the full database content for the given period.
The Package entitled “A kéz beszél!” (“The Hands Talk!”) is designed for institutions, and is individually priced on the basis of requests sent by e-mail. All full-time employees of the subscribing institution will have access to the full database content for the given period.
Institutions are defined as organizations that are typically operating on a single site. Member institutions are considered as separate institutions if they are at a separate address from the parent institution, and as such their subscriptions cannot be combined with those of the parent institution, so they are considered as two separate subscribers. If the addresses are the same, the parent and the member institution are considered as a single institution and thus the subscriptions of the two entities can be combined in order to deal with one single subscription for both.

In case any of the required fields is not properly filled in, you shall be informed by the system.
If all fields have been successfully filled in, the system shall notify you by sending an confirmation e-mail including the order details and payment information.
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us by e-mail or phone. Please note that the possible reasons for not receiving the confirmation e-mail may be that you have entered a wrong e-mail address, or your inbox is full, or it was possibly sent to a spam folder. Please check these before sending us a second confirmation e-mail request. If there is an error in the information previously provided, the customer shall report this to info@tevagyajel.hu
The intention to purchase can be confirmed by sending an e-mail to info@tevagyajel.hu or by phone, nevertheless, for information purposes the order form must be filled in and the GTC and Privacy Policy shall be accepted by the customer subsequently online.
Once the data has been provided, the system registers the user (a confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer). Once the registration is confirmed, the customer shall proceed to the payment for the package/product.

Monthly package: institutions are quoted individually based on a request sent by e-mail. All full-time employees of the subscribing institution have access to the full database content for the given period.
6 months package: institutions are quoted individually based on a request sent by e-mail. All full-time employees of the subscribing institution have access to the full database for the period in question. For the 6 months subscription, 6 hours of free consultation will be given free of charge to the subscribing institution.
12 months package: institutions are quoted individually based on a request sent by e-mail. All full-time employees of the subscribing institution have access to the full database for the period in question. The institution must be located on the same site. (Sites shall be located at the same address. An institution shall be considered a member institution if it is located on the same site as the main institution; in case location is different from the parent institution, it shall be considered a separate institution.)

Measuring fine motor skills with hand shapes

Preparation of a Complex Hand Sign Development Plan (CMPD). – Free of charge when you purchase a card.
Individual assessment using the “Measuring fine motor skills with hand shapes” cards, with the aim of determining the CMPD. Provision of individual counseling for the implementation of the plan. – The price is HUF 16 900,- HUF / person, including assessment and counseling of approx. 1 hour. Travel costs of HUF 5 000,- HUF shall be charged in addition to the fare.
Online consultation: HUF 3 960,- / 30 minutes
The prices listed above are gross prices, charged in HUF, and are exempt from taxes.
With regard to other services, information on pricing (lectures, consultations… etc.) and the extent of the additional costs associated with travel will be communicated by e-mail, and shall be confirmed by the customer(s) by return e-mail in each case in advance.
After filling in the purchase details, pressing the “Submit Order” button shall result in a payment obligation!
There is no payment obligation if you select the “Most mutasd meg!” (“Show me now!”) package, as it is free of charges.

OTP SIMPLEPAY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PROCESS
When selecting the payment method for your purchase, you may select SimplePay. The payment is not made in the webshop, rather directly on the OTP Bank site, which operates according to the rules and security standards of international card companies. The online shop does not have any form of access to the card or the underlying account details, card number or expiry date.
SIMPLEPAY ONLINE PAYMENT SOLUTIONS
The SimplePay payment process is the same as those offered by similar service providers and banks: you can pay for the product by selecting the SimplePay option for the online checkout and entering your bank card details. For the security of the customers, SimplePay continuously monitors the transactions to guarantee the security of the online payment process.
If for some reason the wire transfer is not practicable (for example, someone registers for a lecture or consultation the day before the start of the class and the transfer would not be received before the start of the class), it is possible to pay the fee in full for the given lecture or consultation in cash in person at the first session. In all cases, any obstacles to payment must be notified by e-mail to info.tevagyajel@e-mail no later than the day before the given course starts.
In the case of attendance at the first session, no refunds will be given for subsequent absences.
The customer will always receive an invoice for the service and/or product purchased. The invoice will be issued electronically based on the customer’s previously entered details and will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
Performance of the service
The training of the method of hand-sign communication is provided using the “Te vagy a jel” (“You are the Sign”) web-based training application for a given time interval.
In the case of lectures or consultations, if the newly indicated location or time does not suit the customer, he/she may decide to attend another class / course. If no suitable course is available, the amount previously paid will be refunded within 15 days of the date of notification.
In case of non-attendance, the customer shall notify the service provider by phone or e-mail as soon as possible, but no later than 3 hours before the start of the lesson. In case of absence, it is possible to catch up with the course by attending another training session later. The customer must notify the service provider by telephone or e-mail no later than the day before the day on which the other training session is due to take place.
In the event that a training session is missed due to the service provider’s default (e.g. illness, transport issues), the service provider is entitled to arrange a new date with the customer and to make up for the missed training session.
Rules for submitting photos and videos
The person who submits a photo or video agrees to the publication of his/her content on tevagyahek.hu. In the case of a video, we will primarily publish a link to content that has already been uploaded elsewhere (e.g. youtube link embedding). The operator of tevagyajel.hu is in no case liable for photos and video content submitted by others. The submitter shall bear full responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate permissions to upload the content and that the content itself is not infringing. The operator of this site is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the posting of images and videos, and does not verify the lawfulness of the uploaded content in any respect and, therefore, waives all responsibility incurred from it.
Information regarding cancellation
14-DAY WITHDRAWAL
Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means that we will take back a product you have purchased online within 14 calendar days, if you change your mind. You are not obliged to give a reason for cancellation.
ABOUT THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE
Customers can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days (including the 14th calendar day) without giving any reason. The procedure for doing so is provided for in Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal from the day he takes delivery of the goods. The consumer may also exercise this right, in accordance with the legislation, between the time of ordering the goods and the time of taking delivery of the goods.
The Customer may validate the withdrawal by sending an e-mail or notify it by post to the address indicated. Please visit Annex 1 to the GTC for the withdrawal form.
RETURNING THE PRODUCT1. Download and print the Cancellation Form.
2. Carefully pack the product with all its accessories.
3. Fill in the declaration form and place it inside the package.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the product at his own expense! The product affected by the withdrawal cannot be returned by cash on delivery, we are not providing cash on delivery service. In the event of withdrawal, we may claim compensation from the consumer for damages resulting from improper use of the products! The customer shall not be liable for any additional costs in connection with the withdrawal.
These GTC are in force starting January 19, 2024.
